Hi, I’m Hailey.
My path into esthetics began with my own long struggle with acne and the frustration of wasting time and money on products without clear guidance. Becoming a licensed esthetician gave me the knowledge to help other women feel confident in their skin.
I am also a wife, a mom of two boys and preparing to welcome our third baby. I know how quickly caring for a family, running a business and keeping life moving can leave a woman feeling disconnected from herself.
I created The Shift Box to bring expert skincare guidance and grounding wellness together in one thoughtful seasonal experience. It is not about escaping the life you love. It is about staying connected to yourself while you live it.

The Shift Box is delivered quarterly, with one collection released for each season. You will receive four boxes per year while your subscription is active.
How much does it cost?
Each seasonal box is $69.99. Shipping is $9.95, or you may select free local pickup. Your subscription renews quarterly.
Will every box contain the same types of products?
No. Each season has its own theme and product mix. Every collection will remain rooted in skincare and grounding wellness for your skin, mind and body.
Are the products selected by a professional?
Yes. Every collection is curated by licensed esthetician Hailey Bartlett. The skincare is selected with professional knowledge, but the box is not a substitute for individualized medical or skincare advice.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your subscription through your customer account. Make any cancellation before the next quarterly renewal is processed.
What if an item arrives damaged?
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs so we can help.
