I’m a licensed esthetician, wife, mom of 3, and the creator of The Shift Box.

After experiencing the effects of chronic stress on my own health and hearing women in my treatment room describe how often they put themselves last, I wanted to create something that made taking care of yourself feel more attainable.

Each season, I pair my skincare expertise with thoughtful finds that give you simple ways to pause and enjoy something for yourself.
